Which one for which kitchen?

The Barista Touch is 87 mm shallower and 36 mm narrower than the Barista Pro, 323 mm deep against 410 mm and 318 mm wide against 354 mm, and the two are level in height at 406 mm. The sizes come from retailers that label each side and agree within 5 mm: Abt and Target for the Touch, Bi-Rite Home Appliances and Harts of Stur for the Pro. Any counter between 323 and 410 mm deep, or any gap between 318 and 354 mm wide, takes only the Touch.

Where both fit, the difference is in how you handle them. The Pro's 2 L tank lifts out upward, which asks for room above it, and the Touch's comes out of the back. The Touch lists a touch screen with automatic milk texturing, and the Pro lists an LCD display. Both state a 54 mm portafilter, 1680 W and a two-year warranty. The Pro weighs 9.488 kg and the Touch 9.888 kg. Take the Touch for a shallow or narrow counter, or for daily milk drinks. Take the Pro if you have the 410 mm of depth and automatic milk texturing is not something you need.
